1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or engaging ATS And Electric LLC ("Company", "we", "our") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

ATS and Electric LLC provides professional electrical services, including, but not limited to:

• Residential and Commercial Electrical Services

• Electrical Repairs and Troubleshooting

• Electrical Panel Upgrades and Replacements

• Interior and Exterior Lighting Installation

• Ceiling Fan Installation

• Residential and Commercial Rewiring

• Electrical Wiring for New Construction and Remodeling Projects

• EV Charger Installation

• Generator Connections

• Smart Home and Low Voltage Solutions

• Network and Data Cabling

All services are performed by qualified technicians. Where required, work is subject to obtaining the necessary permits and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.

3. Payment Terms

• A deposit may be required for certain installations, special-order materials, or larger projects.

• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

• Invoices not paid by the due date may be subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee (18% annually) or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Customers who repeatedly miss scheduled appointments or cancel on the same day may be subject to a service call fee.

Appointment reminders and service updates may be sent via SMS text message (with prior consent) and/or email to help keep you informed of your scheduled service.

5. Warranty

ATS AND ELECTRIC LLC stands behind the quality of its workmanship. We provide a one (1) year labor warranty on all installation services performed by our technicians, beginning on the date of project completion.

Equipment, fixtures, and materials are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty, if applicable. ATS AND ELECTRIC LLC does not extend or modify manufacturer warranties.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper operation.

• Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or tampering by anyone other than ATS AND ELECTRIC LLC.

• Damage resulting from power surges, lightning, flooding, fire, storms, or other acts of nature.

• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.

• Issues arising from pre-existing electrical conditions or work performed by third parties.

Warranty service is available only after the customer notifies ATS AND ELECTRIC LLC and allows a reasonable opportunity to inspect and resolve the issue.

6.Limitation of Liability

ATS AND ELECTRIC LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of business, loss of profits, or property damage, except where required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATS AND ELECTRIC LLC's total liability for any claim related to the services performed shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

ATS AND ELECTRIC LLC is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing electrical defects or unsafe conditions not reasonably discoverable during the initial inspection.

• Damage caused by defective customer-supplied equipment or materials.

• Power outages or interruptions caused by utility providers.

• Damage resulting from lightning, flooding, fire, storms, power surges, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

• Failures or damages resulting from unauthorized modifications, repairs, or work performed by third parties after our services have been completed.

For security cameras, smart home systems, and other low-voltage installations, ATS AND ELECTRIC LLC does not guarantee that any system will prevent theft, vandalism, unauthorized access, property damage, or other criminal acts. These systems are intended to reduce risk and provide monitoring capabilities but should not be relied upon as the sole means of protection.

7. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the safe and efficient completion of electrical services, the customer agrees to:

• Provide safe, clear, and unobstructed access to all work areas, electrical panels, equipment, and devices requiring service.

• Ensure that electricity and other necessary utilities are available during the scheduled service, unless otherwise agreed.

• Obtain any required homeowner association (HOA) approvals or permissions before work begins, when applicable.

• Disclose any known electrical issues, hazards, unsafe conditions, or previous electrical modifications that may affect the work.

• Remove or protect personal belongings, furniture, and valuables located near the work area before service begins.

• Ensure that pets and children are kept away from the work area to maintain a safe working environment.

• Promptly notify ATS AND ELECTRIC LLC of any concerns regarding the completed work so they can be inspected and addressed.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials displayed on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and design elements, are the exclusive property of All Technology Security LLC. These materials may not be copied, distributed, modified, or used without prior written authorization.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be handled exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.

10. Updates to These Terms

All Technology Security LLC reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
